Alternate Juror is a variegated colorway featuring soft aquas, sky blue and a touch of mocha and blue-grey.

Blue Faced Leicester (or commonly known as BFL) wool is one of the finest long wools.  Our particular source is approximately 26 micron and with a 3-3.5 inch staple length.  It has a lovely drape and sheen, as is common with long wools, and is very resilient.  Known for being an excellent wool for beginning spinners.  This blend of 85% BFL wool and 15% Tussah Silk has beautiful drape and sheen.

Hand dyed using professional acid dyes that are hypoallergenic and meet either Oeko-Tex 100 or organic processing standards. Sold in 4 ounce quantities.

Care: Handwash with tepid water and a wool wash (we recommend Unicorn Fibre Wash). Lay flat to dry. This fiber will felt!

Because of the dye method, individual braids within a dyelot are fraternal and there will be variation between braids. Different dyelots will be more like cousins.
