3. Between meals? Take a serving of Amperage to help get you through to the next meal, it is rich in fats that can help warn off an empty and grumbly stomach. Pro tip- add it into your coffee for a peppermint flavoured kick!

WHY PEPPERMINT OIL?

This is the star of the amperage show, the flavour shines through and the amazing benefits of peppermint oil should not be overlooked. 

GRIP STRENTH: 

Research shows that peppermint oil has demonstrated performance-enhancing effects with a significant increase in the grip force (36.1%), standing vertical jump (7.0%), and standing long jump (6.4%).(1)

Why grip strength? Do you want to increase and maintain muscle mass? If you can lift heavier and increase your endurance on a pull-up bar you are increasing your chances of meeting these goals. To do this you need to have good grip strength, you can’t lift if you can’t keep your grip.  

PERFORMANCE: 

In order to increase performance and endurance, you need oxygen! Oxygen combined with calories makes aerobic energy, to perform you need energy! Peppermint oil helps open up the lungs for oxygen to flow freely.

Serving Suggestion:

• Fasted – drink 2ml pre-workout on an empty stomach, may use again intra-workout.
• Keto / low carb / high fat /high protein diets – drink 2ml pre-workout, may use again throughout the day between meals if desired.
• Pre-workout – drink 2ml pre-workout, may use again intra-workout.
• Pre-meal – drink 2 ml immediately before a meal or add to salad dressing/vinaigrette.
