Remote Online Notarization
Available Monday – Friday, by appointment.
Remote Online Notary appointments are scheduled by appointment, based on availability. Same-day appointments may be available on a limited basis.
Our electronic notarial software is approved by New York State and produces a legally valid, electronically recorded notarized document.

Apostille Services
Available Monday – Friday, by request and document review.
Priority Apostille service (2–3 business days) is available for eligible document types once documents are reviewed and approved.
Same-day Apostille service may be available on a limited basis, subject to document type and availability.
Same-day cutoff: Requests and documents must be received and approved by 11:00 AM (EST).
For same-day Apostille requests that require Remote Online Notarization, the notary appointment must be completed no later than 10:30 AM (EST) on the day of service.
Mobile Apostille service (where we come to your home or office) requires at least one business day prior booking and is subject to availability.
We also assist with Apostille services for documents issued in other U.S. states, as well as federal documents requiring U.S. Department of State authentication. Processing times and requirements are confirmed after document review.
Mobile Notary
Available Monday – Friday, by appointment.
One business day prior booking is required.
Same-day appointments may be available on a limited basis and may include a rush fee.
