How to Request a Service or Appointment

To help us review your request efficiently, please include:

• Service needed: Notarization, Apostille, court or marriage certificate retrieval, corporate records, translation, or another document service
• Documents: Attach the document for review in PDF format whenever available
• Intended use: Tell us whether the document is for use within the United States or abroad; for international use, include the destination country
• Timing: Let us know about any deadline or preferred appointment date
• Contact details: Your name, best email address, and telephone number

Document format: Please submit PDF files, not photographs, screenshots, or other image files. Do not mail or deliver original documents until our office provides instructions.

Once we review your request, we will confirm the appropriate service, applicable requirements, pricing, scheduling or processing availability, and next steps. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment or authorize processing.

Choose the Service You Need

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

For eligible documents, our New York Remote Online Notarization service lets signers complete notarization remotely by appointment. Please email your document first so we can confirm eligibility, signer requirements, and availability. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed. Apostille, Authentication & Legalization

We coordinate New York Apostille & Authentication, multi-state apostille services, federal authentication, and embassy and consulate legalization. Send us a PDF of your document and the destination country so we can review the required process.

Marriage Certificates, Court Records & Corporate Documents

For NYC extended marriage certificate retrieval, certified court records and judgments, or corporate certificates and records, please include the document type and any available filing details, record numbers, names, dates, or court information. These services require review before a retrieval or processing date can be confirmed.

Certified Translation

For Certified Translation Services, email the document in PDF format, the language pair, the intended use, and your deadline. We will review the scope and provide a quote.

Limited Mobile Notary Appointments

We consider select in-person mobile notary requests in New York City and Long Island, subject to document type, location, scheduling, notary availability, and pricing. Mobile service is not a guaranteed daily offering, and same-day or after-hours appointments are not guaranteed. For eligible documents, please consider Remote Online Notarization first.

Scheduling, Support Hours & Important Deadlines

Office and support hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM (New York time). Requests received outside support hours are generally reviewed the next business day.

By appointment only: We do not offer walk-in or in-store appointments. Notarization appointments and document processing are scheduled or coordinated only after review and confirmation.

New York Apostille Timing

• Standard processing: Timing is confirmed after document review and depends on eligibility and the issuing authority.
• Priority processing: Expedited service may be available for eligible documents, subject to review and availability.
• Same-day Apostille requests: Eligible requests and documents must be received and approved by 11:00 AM New York time; same-day completion is not guaranteed.
• RON plus same-day Apostille: Where available, the online notarization must be completed by 10:30 AM New York time.

Federal, multi-state, court-record, and embassy legalization requests follow their own requirements and timelines. Please do not assume that New York State rush deadlines apply to those services.

International Clients

We assist clients in the United States and abroad. When contacting us from outside the United States, include your destination country, the document's issuing jurisdiction, and any instructions provided by the receiving authority.
