Notary Options

Many notarizations can be completed using Remote Online Notarization (RON), allowing eligible documents to be notarized securely online with a New York State notary. Signers may join from anywhere in the world when identity requirements are met.

This may also support certain real estate closing packages and transactional workflows when eligible, coordinated through document review.

When a document requires a traditional wet signature or in-person handling, we offer mobile notary services by appointment within New York City and Long Island.

Popular Document Types

We handle a wide range of personal, business, and legal document requests. Common examples include:

  • Affidavits & sworn statements
  • Business and corporate documents (authorizations, resolutions, agreements)
  • Court-related documents (filings, certifications, supporting forms)
  • Real estate and property-related documents (eligibility depends on document type and requirements)
  • International submissions that require Apostille/authentication after notarization

Eligibility depends on the document type, the notarial act required, destination requirements (if international), and identity verification options. If Remote Online Notarization is requested, the signer must meet identity verification requirements and the document must be eligible under New York rules.

Many answers are also available on our FAQs & Resources page.

International Use: Apostille & Legalization

If a notarized document will be used outside the United States, it may require additional processing. We provide Apostille and authentication services for New York State, all 50 U.S. states, and federal documents, supporting both Hague and non-Hague destinations.
