Remote Online Notarization for International Documents
- When eligible, international documents are notarized by a New York State–commissioned notary using approved Remote Online Notarization technology, as permitted under New York law.
- The notarization is conducted live via secure audio-video communication. The notarized document is issued electronically and recorded in accordance with New York State requirements.

- Depending on the destination country, international documents may require an Apostille (Hague Convention) or authentication and legalization (non-Hague).
