I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Notary Public and Apostille Services! Jonathan was incredibly professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me get an important, time-sensitive document processed and ready to send overseas. He handled everything with care, attention to detail, and genuine urgency, making what could’ve been a stressful process completely seamless. I was especially impressed by how he personally took the time to DHL the document for me to ensure it arrived safely and on time. Truly outstanding service. I highly recommend Jonathan and this company to anyone in need of fast, reliable notary or apostille assistance! Five stars.

If you have to get something notarized or apostilled, you probably don't know why or what the process is — or maybe that's just me. Working with Jonathan at Notary Public & Apostille Services made the whole process so easy and took care of everything, including working directly with the person who was creating the document I needed. He was thorough, resourceful and so fast! I cannot recommend this company enough. If you need a service like this, Jonathan will make your life much easier.

I was notified only two weeks before my trip to the Philippines that I needed an Apostille New York birth certificate by Philippine authorities to register my marriage in the Philippines. I contacted NY Notary Public and Jonathan was extremely helpful in getting my document sealed with an Apostille seal and sending it back quickly so I had it a few days before my trip. I explained to him that time was of the essence and I really needed my document certified and returned to me quickly and he was wonderful in assisting me in that regard. I highly, highly recommend this company to process your documents and paperwork.
