Choose Your New York Notary Service

We offer several notarization options depending on the document, signer location, and receiving authority's requirements. Our team reviews each request before confirming eligibility, availability, and next steps.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Our primary service is New York Remote Online Notarization (RON). Eligible documents can be notarized securely online with a commissioned New York electronic notary, without an in-person visit. Signers may participate from outside New York or internationally when identity verification, document eligibility, and other applicable requirements are met.

RON may also support certain real estate closing packages and transactional workflows when the documents and receiving parties permit electronic notarization. For details, see How New York RON Works | ID & Technical Requirements | Document Eligibility & Limitations.

In-Person & Mobile Notary Services — Limited Availability

Traditional in-person and mobile notary services remain available on a limited, appointment-only basis in select areas of New York City and Long Island. Availability depends on location, scheduling, and document requirements. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether an appointment can be accommodated.

Notarization & Apostille for International Use

If your notarized document will be used abroad, we can often coordinate eligible notarization followed by a New York Apostille or Authentication. When appropriate, clients outside New York may complete the notarization remotely and have us coordinate subsequent processing without traveling to New York. Acceptance and eligibility depend on the document and destination authority. Learn more about RON for International Use.

Documents We Notarize — Personal, Business & Real Estate

We handle a wide range of domestic and international notarization requests. Depending on the document and applicable requirements, notarization may be completed remotely or through a limited in-person appointment.

  • Real estate & property documents: Eligible real estate closing packages, mortgage and refinancing documents, deeds, property transfer forms, title-related affidavits, and other property documents.
  • Corporate & business documents: Corporate resolutions, corporate bonds and bond-related documents, commercial agreements, business authorizations, contracts, and other business records requiring notarization.
  • Personal & family documents: Personal affidavits, sworn statements, name-change affidavits, consent forms, travel authorizations, declarations, and other documents requiring an acknowledgment or oath.
  • Legal & court-related documents: Litigation affidavits, sworn declarations, settlement documents, court-related statements, and supporting legal forms requiring notarization.
  • International documents: Eligible affidavits, declarations, corporate documents, and other documents that may require Apostille, Authentication, or embassy legalization after notarization.

Document eligibility depends on the notarial act required, applicable New York rules, signer identification, and any instructions from the receiving authority. Not all documents qualify for Remote Online Notarization; some transactions require wet-ink signatures or in-person handling. We confirm the appropriate process during document review.

International Use: Apostille & Legalization

If a notarized document will be used outside the United States, it may require additional processing. We provide Apostille and Authentication services for New York State, all 50 U.S. states, and federal documents, supporting both Hague and non-Hague destinations. The correct process depends on the issuing or notarizing authority, the document, and the destination country.
